立冬

山河暮秋，岁月向晚，添衣保暖，祝卿冬安

中国传统农历把一年分为24个节气，立冬，是今年的第19个节气，始于公历 11 月 7 日，终于11月22日。它预示着自然界由繁华走向静谧，万物开始收藏，大地色彩由斑斓转为素雅。在这个节气，北方或许已银装素裹，南方仍保翠绿生机。

立冬是收获与感恩的时刻，人们分享成果，准备迎接寒冬。它提醒我们顺应自然，调整生活节奏，早睡晚起，保持温暖。立冬不仅是节气的标记，更是中华文化中对自然规律的敬畏与顺应，让我们在冬日的沉静中积蓄力量，静待春日花开。

Start of Winter, a solar term alternating between autumn and winter, usually falls on November 7 or 8 every year. It indicates that the nature from bustling to quiet, all things began to collect, the earth color from gorgeous to simple and elegant. In this solar term, the north may be covered in snow, while the south is still green and vibrant.

扫疥

传统习俗“立冬不扫疥，一冬难行走”是指在冬季来临前要进行扫疥，即清洗衣物、被褥和个人卫生，以应对疥螨滋生带来的不适。扫疥的目的是提醒人们根据不同季节做好准备，换季时要清洗、晾晒和准备冬季衣物，保持个人卫生，以确保冬季的舒适和健康。

The traditional custom of "it is difficult to walk in winter without cleaning the scabies" refers to the need to clean the scabies before the onset of winter, that is, to wash clothes, bedding and personal hygiene in order to cope with the discomfort caused by the breeding of scabies mites. The purpose of scavenge is to remind people to prepare according to the different seasons, to wash, dry and prepare winter clothing when the season changes, and to maintain personal hygiene to ensure winter comfort and health.

吃饺子

饺子中间鼓鼓、两端翘，于是有着另外一个名字叫“娇耳”。立冬这一天，煮一锅热气腾腾的饺子，佐一碟酱醋，来几个小菜，或者只是简单素白的饺子，亦可以将一个冬天的暖都装下肚。

涮羊肉

在清代宫廷，立冬的习俗是吃涮羊肉，后来民间也热衷此道。炭火烧得铜锅里清汤滚热，拿筷子夹着红白相间、薄而不散的羊肉片在汤里一涮，就着酱香，入口即化。

In the court of the Qing Dynasty, it was the custom to eat instant-boiled mutton at the beginning of winter, and later it was also popular among the people. The charcoal fire is hot in the copper pot soup, holding chopsticks with red and white, thin and not scattered mutton slices in the soup, with sauce aroma, the mouth is melted.
